Churches: If you are registering multiple kids and bringing one check with you to camp, please don't use the registration link above. An excel spreadsheet  with the students information should be emailed to Matt Aspinall at matthew@summitwy.org no later than JUNE 15, along with the liability form. You can find the liability form HERE.

Registration closes June 14.

We cannot run camp without our amazing counselors. Counselors are individuals who engage with the camp and students while holding leadership responsibilities throughout the week. This includes engaging in worship, leading a group of students through an activity, and being a representative of Jesus to these students.

Reminder for all counselors or non-pastors that will be on the camp premises that you bring (above 18 years of age), you will need to train them under your Kids Ministry policy and have a current (within the last five years) Federal and State background check done on them to ensure the safety of our campers. This is the responsibility of the local church. If they are part of your current kids ministry, this should not be a problem. The background check does need to be a PLUS-STATEWIDE level. We use Protect My Ministry, but you can use whatever your church chooses. 

If you have anyone transporting kids that is not a counselor, please have them fill out a form HERE. We have to pay for every spot/lodging we use at camp, so everyone must be essential. It is not guaranteed that they will be able to stay. This form also helps keep track of shirts for Pastors and volunteers.
