1. Annual Service Report (ASR)
On May 1, each credentialed person will be notified and given direction by an automated email. If you do not see it by that evening, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you haven't logged into TWCHub recently, you will be prompted to reset your password. You can also access your report by logging into TWCHub after May 1 and clicking on ASR/LCSR.
2. Church Directory
Confirm that your personal information is accurate in TWCHub. The Pastor Directory will also be emailed out. Please make sure your information is up to date. If any changes need to be made, please email info@northwestdistrict.org.
Additional Tasks for Solo/Senior Pastors
3. Local Church Statistical Report (LCSR)
Solo and Senior Pastors of local churches must annually complete a Local Church Statistical Report (LCSR) by May 25. This report is accessible on TWCHub and will be listed alongside your ASR if you are a Solo or Senior Pastor beginning May 1.
You may find it useful to complete the report on a separate spreadsheet before completing the report on TWCHub. To access this, as well as additional instructions below.
The 2024 Local Church Statistical Report (LCSR) has changed a bit. Six questions were removed from the report and four questions were added. Three of them are related to Acts 1:8 questions. Click HERE for the Acts 1:8 questions explanation.
4. Update Your Local Church Leadership on TWCHub
Please take the time to update your local church leadership on TWCHub. We specifically need to know who the current Vice-Chair is of your Local Board of Administration.
5. Register lay delegate(s)
Register lay delegates for District Conference.
A lay delegate must be a covenant member in good standing of the church, both at the time of election and at the time of District Conference. Delegates and alternates must be elected by the local church conference. It is not proper procedure to appoint someone to fill a vacancy at confernce time, who was not officially elected by the local church conference. An ordained minister or licensed minister may not be elected or serve as a lay delegate. Contact the district office if you need to know how many lay delegates are allocated to each church.
6. Church Directory
Please ensure that all of your church's contact information is accurate in the Church Directory and make sure appointed pastors serving are also accurate. This will be emailed out to all pastors. If any changes need to be made, please email info@northwestdistrict.org.
